Delia T. McCabe, Esq (Of Counsel)

Ms. McCabe is a Phi Kappa Phi, magna cum laude graduate of Fordham University and completed her Juris Doctor in 1998.

Ms. McCabe began her career focusing in the areas Intellectual Property and contract drafting and negotiation in the Entertainment field where she manages and cultivates the career of her clients who include music producers, artists (musicians, actors, screenwriters, authors) and reality show performers, in both transactional and litigation matters. She has managed musical acts in the past (songwriters and performers), providing both legal and business strategy advice.

Ms. McCabe expanded her legal career to include litigation in 2000 and gained experience in commercial litigation working in the insurance industry. Her litigation experience includes asbestos defense, insurance coverage defense, products liability, bankruptcy and anti-trust law. In her capacity as Of Counsel with The Gilbert Firm, she organizes and manages all phases of pretrial discovery, including depositions, motion practice and trial support as well as Trusts and Estates Probate Administration and litigation.

Ms. McCabe currently is admitted in State and both Federal Courts of New York.
