EDWARD M. KELLY, JD (Of Counsel)
Mr. Kelly is a 1966 graduate of New York University and received his Juris Doctorate from St John's University School of Law in 1974. Mr. Kelly practices in the areas of pensions, tax planning, and immigration law.
Mr. Kelly has been involved it the insurance industry since 1968. He qualified for the National Life President's Conference and was appointed one of Aetna's top ten brokers in specialty marketing. After developing the regional advanced underwriting consulting programs for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in 1978 Mr. Kelly moved on to develop the Company's Public Employee Deferred Compensation Market (PEDC). Mr. Kelly currently provides private pension and tax planning consultation to business owners and other high net worth individuals.
Mr. Kelly has expanded his practice to include immigration representation in both New York and New Jersey. His experience includes all phases of immigration representation ranging from simple changes of status through deportation hearings to more complex petitions for asylum both privately and for the clients of Catholic Immigration Network, Inc., and The Catholic Community Immigration and Refugee Services of Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Kelly is admitted to practice before the bar of the State of New York, the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Tax Court.
